Fog Lite
This light American Lager is crisp and crushable but a lot more flavorful than your average lite beer. 4.2%
El Viejo
El Viejo our Mexican Lager brewed with flaked corn and sitting at 4.5%. We removed the addition of lime leaves this year and results are one of our most refreshing lagers yet. 4.5%
Redwood Lager
Best American Lager - Cal State Fair. Light and crisp classic American-style Lager. Brewed with flaked corn, rice and American hops. 5%
Stardusk
This Hazy IPA is bursting with tropical fruit and citrus from El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops. The Stardusk redwood tree stands in Humboldt at 357.1 ft tall. 6.8%
Stratosphere
This New England-style India Pale Ale is bursting with juicy aromas from generous additions of Idaho 7, Sultana and El Dorado hops. 6.9%
Backloop
Brewed with Southern Hemisphere hops: Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and Melba. This IPA is bursting with guava, lemongrass, and gooseberry aromas. 6.9%
Del Norte
Our flagship IPA is hop-driven with aromas of pine and citrus with a malty finish. The Del Norte Titan is ranked the world’s 5th tallest coastal redwood tree. 7%
Batch 1000
We brewed this Double IPA to celebrate the milestone of 1,000 batches brewed, and all the hops, barley, blood, sweat and tears it took to get here. Cheers to 1,000 more! 8.5%
Screaming Giant
This Double IPA is double dry-hopped and screaming with fruit, dank and citrus aroma. Named after a redwood tree in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. 8.3%
Melkor
Brewed with chocolate, black and carafa malts to craft a velvety blend of chocolate and coffee notes with creamy finish from lactose (milk sugar). 9%
Federation Giant
Imperial milk stout brewed with whiskey oak from Alley Six Distillery and coffee from Land and Water Coffee. 9%
Dyerville Giant
We brewed this Imperial Red Ale and aged it in whiskey barrels for seven months before double dry-hopping and bottling. It is named after a coast redwood tree that was considered the tallest in the world before it fell in 1991. 11%
Tapestry of Darkness
Collab with Cellarmaker. Ten years of shadows have spun their webs, and to mark this milestone, a leviathan was born. The brewers of Fogbelt and Cellarmaker came together and brewed a stout so dark it swallows light. Aged in oaken casks soaked in bourbon's spectral kiss by Spirit Works Distillery for 11 months, it whispers of secrets best left in the grave. Raise your glasses and toast to a decade, for in its abyss, you may find a taste of eternity. 10%
Javelin
Javelin is a German-style tart wheat beer. We aged it in barrels previously used for Pinot Noir and added plums and apricots. 5%
