RED TAIL ALE

Red Tail Ale was originally brewed in Hopland in 1983 at the first California brewpub since prohibition. The brewery shuttered years ago and Red Tail Ale disappeared... until now. Fogbelt Brewing Co. in Santa Rosa is bringing back this legendary beer! These local brewers replicated the original recipe to pay tribute to the pioneers of the American craft beer renaissance and bring back a beloved Amber Ale

    Aged for 12 months in Viognier barrels with Meyer Lemon and Muscat Grape juice. Big tropical and citrus notes with hint of vanilla 8.5% (500mL)

    Big Tree Imperial Stout

    We brewed this Imperial Stout aged it in Spirit Works whiskey barrels for more than 12 months before bottling. It is named after a coast redwood tree that is currently the 16th largest. Aromas and flavors of fig, dark chocolate, blueberry, maple, vanilla, hints of tobacco and spice 13% (500mL)

    Tapestry of Darkness Stout Barleywine - Collab with Cellarmaker

    Ten years of shadows have spun their webs, and to mark this milestone, a leviathan was born. The brewers of Fogbelt and Cellarmaker came together and brewed a stout so dark it swallows light. Aged in oaken casks soaked in bourbon's spectral kiss by Spirit Works Distillery for 11 months, it whispers of secrets best left in the grave. Raise your glasses and toast to a decade, for in its abyss, you may find a taste of eternity 10.3% (500mL)
