Oak Ridge Angus is part of our commitment to our community. From our beer pairings, which will return, to our past menus we have always chosen to support our community. Oak Ridge is out of Calistoga and their beef is incredible. They have a small herd which gives them time to care for each and every animal in the herd. See you in the taproom!
Meet another new item menu, Garlic Fries. These are your normal garlic fries, these come with fresh garlic, chili oil, cotija cheese, and green onion. Come feast!
Introducing Shakshuka. Traditionally a Northern African dish but eaten all over the world, it is a blend of swiss chard, tomato, fresh herbs, bell pepper, topped with an egg and crostinis on the side. This new menu is fire! See you in the taproom.

We are just going to tease you with delicious new dishes which are on the new menu release for tomorrow! How about a house-made Porchetta Sandwich? We teamed up with @hobbssmokedmeats to bring some of the best meats to the dish.
We wrapped succulent pork belly over crispy pork loin and added pickled onion, garlic aioli, and arugula. Then put it all between a @franco.american.bakery brioche bun with a side of fries. This one will exceed all of your expectations. See you in the taproom!
New food menu launches Thursday!!! What are the new dishes we are offering? Great question. How about a Bierwurst Sausage?
We teamed up with @budscustommeat in Penngrove to case our own sausage with a blend of Bacon & Pork, Hyperion Red Ale, and a House Herb & Spice Blend in a snug casing topped with House-Made Sauerkraut and wrapped in a Sesame Bun. Doesn't it make your mouth water!
