INDIA PALE ALE
A hop driven IPA with aromas of pineapple and
citrus with a malty finish. The Del Norte Titan is
ranked the world’s fourth tallest tree and stands
in Jedediah Smith State Park.
ABV: 7% IBU: 70
Light and crisp with a fruity hop aroma.
The Atlas Tree stands in an old growth grove
named "Atlas Grove" in Prerie Creek State Park
that contains a number of the largest trees.

Our signature Double IPA is a fan favorite!
creaming Giant is balanced with a strong malt backbone, enormous fruity notes, and 102 IBUs
to lend it some great bitterness.

A light cocoa nose with hazelnut, earthy and
spicy flavor. We barrel aged this rye for four & a
half months leaving a touch of oak in the glass.
The tree stands in Humboldt.

IMPERIAL RED ALE
This Imperial Red has big upfront caramel notes,
smoothed out with a creamy texture and finishes
with a subtle bourbon kick. The Dyerville Giant would be the tallest tree in the world had it not fallen,
ABV: 9% IBU: 96
Aged for four months in Korbel brandy barrels,
this quad is semi-dry despite it’s ABV. Notes
of chocolate covered cherry and caramel round
out this beer with a quick finish.

RED WHEAT IPA
We used Red Wheat for an amber hue, Conan yeast
for a haze, And dank, resinous & fruity hop flavors. Outlier tree is the 26th largest known redwood.

WEST COAST IPA
A collaboration from the newly formed North Bay Chapter of the SF Brewer’s Guild, this is true to a West Coast IPA. It is hop forward, clean and easy to put down.
ABV: 6.9% IBU: 65
Icarus is dry hopped with Eureka & Centennial wet hops. Crisp and clean with a touch of sweetness. Notes of citrus and tropical fruits dominate the beer.
ABV: 7% IBU: 60
Godwood makes its return with dank & resinous
hop nose, and clean & dry fruity hop flavors. Even
with a high ABV, it is dry and clean. Godwood tree
sits in the Valley of the Lost Groves.

Brotherhood uses candy sugar for a malty,
caramel flavor. The beer spent three months in
Korbel Brandy barrels. The Brotherhood redwood towers from a hill at the Trees of Mystery.
ABV: 7.6% IBU: 16
BARREL AGED SOUR
Prometheus is a farmhouse stlye sour ale aged in Sauvignon Blanc barrels on brettanomyces. The tree sits in the Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park.
