Zephyr is back with a brand new fruit, actually
fruits. We used a special Hawaiian blend called
POG, or Passion Fruit, Orange and Guava. This
backed by a subtle tartness and wonderful salty
touch makes this beer summer in a glass.

WET HOP TREEHOUSE
We used wet hops from our own hopyad along
with two other hopyards. It is semi-dry with
stone fruit, straw and banana notes. This is a
food friendly full bodied saison.

Light and crisp with a fruity hop aroma.
The Atlas Tree stands in an old growth grove
named "Atlas Grove" in Prerie Creek State Park
that contains a number of the largest trees.

INDIA PALE ALE
A hop driven IPA with aromas of pineapple
and citrus with a malty finish, brewed with
Centennial, Exp. 0727 and Chinook. The
Del Norte Titan is ranked as the world's
fourth largest coast redwood and is
located in Jedediah Smith State Park.
ABV: 7.0% IBU: 70
Screaming Titan is balanced with a strong malt backbone, enormous fruity notes, and 102 IBUs
to lend it some great bitterness.
ABV: 8.4% IBU: 102
Pine and Citrus hop aromas balanced
with a rich roasty and a deep ruby color.
Hyperion is currently the world’s tallest
known tree at 379 feet!

HAZY N.E. IPA
Collaboration with Indian Ladder Farmstead
Cidery & Brewery in New York, Batch 300 uses
estate grown hops, oats from Indian Ladder with the
Conan yeast. It emparts fruity and citrus hop
notes with a hazy body and a lemon color.
ABV: 7% IBU: 70
BARREL AGED RYE
A light cocoa nose with hazelnut, earthy and spicy flavor. We barrel aged this rye for four and a half months leaving a touch of oak in the glass. Rockefeller tree stands 363.2 feet in Humboldt.
ABV: 7.2% IBU: 12
GOLDEN MILK STOUT
Madagascar vanilla beans and coffee were
used along with barrel aging for four and
a half months in bourbon barrels. This
stout is dry, with a great coffee nose
and smooth vailla coffee taste.
ABV: 8.6% IBU: 18
This Imperial Red has big upfront caramel
notes, smoothed out with a creamy texture
and finishes with a subtle bourbon kick.
ABV: 9% IBU:90
Immortal has a light sweetness with a touch of
vanilla, rounded out by a rich oaky flavor. We
aged this barley wine in Heaven Hill whiskey
barrels for over three months.
ABV: 11% IBU: 62
BARREL AGED SOUR
This sour is a Flanders red ale aged in Zinfandel barrels for over 12 months with added late harvest Zin grapes. Methuselah Tree is a bay area icon towering an impressive 225 feet and 1,800 years old.
