Brewers Paul and Remy have perfected a handful of beers that have become flagships and we do our best to keep them flowing at the taproom. We also make a variety of seasonal and rotating experimental beers.
Our beers are all named after prominent Coast Redwood trees as a tribute to the largest trees in the world, found only in the fog belt of Northern California.
Armstrong Stout Our stout is jet black with a robust malt character featuring notes of coffee and a nice roasty finish. For extra flavor, we’ve added bourbon barrel char from Sonoma County Distilling during fermentation.

Light and crisp with a fruity hop aroma.
The Atlas Tree stands in an old growth grove named "Atlas Grove" in Prerie Creek State Park that contains a number of the largest trees.

INDIA PALE ALE
A hop driven IPA with aromas of pineapple and citrus with a malty finish, brewed with Centennial, Exp. 0727 and Chinook. The Del Norte Titan is ranked as the world's fourth largest coast redwood and is located in Jedediah Smith State Park.

Our signature Double IPA is a fan favorite! Screaming Titan is balanced with a strong malt backbone, enormous fruity notes, and 102 IBUs to lend it some great bitterness.

Our Wit is fruited with fresh blackberries
and Kaffir lime leaves. Lost Monarch is
the largest known Redwood measured in wood volume, measuring 26 feet in
diameter and 320 feet tall.

Our take on the classic farmhouse ale, Treehouse boasts a rich belgian yeast charachter with notes of bubblegum and melon, with a spicy hop finish.

IMPERIAL RED ALE
This Imperial Red has big upfront caramel notes, smoothed out with a creamy texture and finishes with a subtle bourbon kick.

DARK & STORMY ALE
Our take on this classic carribean cocktail, Tempest has ginger, kaffir lime leaves and rum chips. Well balanced and easy to drink!
ABV: 9.1% IBU: 22
Hop forward amber providing earthy and pine notes. It is dry with a subtle caramel backbone. The tree stands 359.9 feet in Humboldt County.

Immortal has a light sweetness with a touch of vanilla, rounded out by a rich oaky flavor. We aged this barley wine inHeaven Hill whiskey barrels for over three months.
